Fresh Start Recovery Centre

This project was a collaborative vision brought to life alongside Fresh Start Recovery Executive Director, Bruce Holstead. Fresh Start is a nationally recognized leader in addiction treatment that provides solutions to save lives in Southern Alberta.

Operated by Fresh Start Recovery in partnership with the Government of Alberta, the Lethbridge Recovery Community provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking recovery from addiction.

Welcome Home is a seven-panel series that covers over 700sq ft of Fresh Start's Meditation Room. Here they host AA meetings, daily meditations and Gratitude Ceremonies where loved ones, alumni and staff gather to celebrate clients' completion of their 90-day programming. It was created with the intention of illustrating the journey of addiction and life-long recovery with the support of loving and supportive communities.
